A stunning tea, Sencha Kyoto Cherry Rose green tea is a flavored green tea with sweet cherry and subtle morning rose. It is a Japanese pan-fired sencha style straight from the region of Hunan.  For those of you unfamiliar with Japanese style teas, they take the grassiness out of the typical green tea, and change it to a truly smooth tea. A totally different, far more refined palate taste. The tea has a pale yellow-green infusion with light liquoring and reasonable depth and body. The cherry flavoring and hints of rose round out this incredibly exotic flavor profile. Delicious with a little sugar, and is also wonderful iced.
